Terms governing use of this website and engagement of Liberty Walk-In Fit services in Ireland.
Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Liberty Walk-In Fit (Nora Keane), 15 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. Contact: [email protected], +353 1 555 4410.
2. Website use
Content on this site is for general information about our alterations and bespoke fitting services. It does not constitute a binding offer until we confirm work, price, and timeline with you in person or in writing. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Appointments and walk-ins
Walk-in alterations are subject to capacity on the day. Bespoke consultations and complex restyles should be booked in advance. We may reschedule if we cannot provide a proper fitting due to demand or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Quotes, deposits, and payment
Prices for alterations are confirmed when we assess the garment. Bespoke commissions are quoted after consultation; a deposit may be required before cloth is ordered or cutting begins. Remaining balances are due on collection unless otherwise agreed. Deposits on bespoke work that has commenced may be non-refundable to the extent of costs already incurred.
5. Garments left with us
Please collect completed work promptly. We take reasonable care of items in our custody but are not liable for loss or damage beyond our control once work is completed and you have been notified, except where required by Irish consumer law. Uncollected items may, after reasonable notice, be disposed of or donated in accordance with applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, design, and branding are owned by Liberty Walk-In Fit or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For services, our liability is limited to re-performing defective work or refunding the fee paid for the affected service, as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and other applicable Irish consumer protections.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts in Ireland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in your place of residence where applicable.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date stated above.
